mmmm Lime Juice and Cilantro

Cool.. I'm really a cook now at OSU. *snicker*

I need to lay off the lime juice and cilantro.... they're starting to notice :)

What should I propose to them as my specialty dish(Thx Liza)?

In regards to the rice, please keep in mind to use the lime juice and cilantro within moderation. Do not get carried away with it. And when using the shocker cooler, find a manager first if you are confused about anything.

> Cooks,

> Zak has asked that I send all of our cooks an email reminding you all of some important procedures. When you are cooking and using the blast freezer it is VERY important that you do NOT change the setting from COOL. If you set them to BLAST it will result in frozen food, which is unusable. Also, when prepping rice to be served on the line, be sure to use plenty of CILANTRO and LIME JUICE. The customers should be able taste both ingredients.
